Woman fined £200 for leaving rubbish in alley in Cliftonville

A WOMAN from Cliftonville has been taken to court by Thanet council after dumping rubbish in an alley near her home. Laura Makelow of Grotto Road was hit with a fined after black and blue sacks were found in the alley between 2 and 4 Grotto Road.
